Bookkeeping is an integral part of every business, no matter its size.

It is the backbone of financial information and understanding. Without adequate bookkeeping, informed business decisions cannot be made.

We offer a few different levels of bookkeeping services depending on the size of your organization. All bookkeeping engagements are provided on an "as needed" basis.

Small to medium-sized organizations

QuickBooks is the leading small to medium-sized business accounting software in the United States. We have consultants who are QuickBooks Pro Advisors as well as staff who are proficient in QuickBooks. We offer three QuickBooks solutions:

1. Bookkeeping functions are outsourced to us. We will maintain your accounting records, while you retain responsibility for check signing and, if you choose, customer or client invoicing. You will have access to view statements, issue checks, and invoice customers; and we maintain everything else.
2. You maintain your QuickBooks file, and we come to your office to record transactions on a weekly, monthly, or quarterly basis.
3. We train your in-house staff on how to record transactions within your QuickBooks file.

For clients who utilize other types of software (e.g. Sage products), we assist you with your bookkeeping needs by recording transactions either on site, at your office, or remotely through desktop login.
